SG To Create New Public Health Resources In Collaboration With The Center for Infectious Disease Threats & Pandemic Preparedness

We are elated to soon embark on a new project in partnership with the Michigan Center for Infectious Disease Threats & Pandemic Preparedness (MCIDT). Together, we will produce a mini podcast series as well as an interactive toolkit for practitioners across local public health departments working in infectious diseases and emergency management.

Set to roll out throughout February and March of 2027, these resources will focus on inclusive planning by centering the history, safety and collective capacity of people with disabilities. All material will be free to download and available via the center’s website.

Stay posted for additional announcements on the future release of these resources and subscribe to the “Prepared. Set. Go!” podcast to hear past episodes and receive notifications about the upcoming disability focused mini-series.
